Search
Finding the best candidates takes great deal of time and effort, but in our view it’s worth it. Our recruitment activities include advertising, use of careers centers, exhibitions, open evenings, recruitment fairs, direct approaches and personal recommendation. Our high-profile advertising campaigns, extensive presence in the market place and reputation ensure that we attract significant numbers of high calibre candidates, whatever the appointment.
Pre-selection interview
All prospective candidates undergo a rigorous pre-selection interview with our linguistically trained staff, to asses their suitability for particular employment, and includes both written and oral
tests. All aspects of the candidates’
linguistic skills are evaluated, including fluency, grammar, spelling, construction, presentation, vocabulary and accent. For specific
roles, such as secretarial staff and
PAs, we also test typing and shorthand speed, accuracy, aptitude, computer
competence, and may even carry out psychometric testing and handwriting analysis.
Candidate selection
Once candidates have passed the pre-selection interview their CVs are presented to the client for their information prior to interview.
Candidate interview
We then arrange the interview at the client’s convenience and assist the selected candidates in their preparation.
Feedback
As part of our commitment to quality and professionalism, we believe that it is vital to get good feedback from both the client and the candidates following the interview. This not only ensures that we maintain a full understanding of our client’s requirements, but also helps us to further tailor our services to meet their needs.
