Interviewer with Portuguese.

Your duties will be to conduct B2C interviews on the phone.

You must have Portuguese native and fluent English.

There will be one full training day on 11^th August 2008. This assignment is to start from 11^th August 2008 and will be for approx three weeks. 

Mon-Fri from 4.30pm to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 4.30pm. You must work a min of 5 shifts a week.

Intergovernmental Organisation based in Central London seeks a Proof-reader with French.

You will be proofreading and editing documents already translated from English (and occasionally Spanish) into French.

You will be also coordinating with external translators, including preparing references for texts to be translated.

The perfect candidate must have previous translation/proof-reading experience with knowledge of Trados and have excellent eye for detail.

This is a full time position based on 37 hours a week (the hours are flexible) for three months, starting on 1st September 2008.

Your main task will be to support field sales and further accelerate the business on the Benelux market including sales, marketing and partner activities. The daily work will be to strengthen the Company’s market position, take orders, acquire new customers and ensure high degree of satisfaction in their existing customer base.
Your responsibilities will be to: execute sales order plan: meet or exceed the personal and regional order goals; stimulate creation of leads: Converting leads to order closure; perform out-bound calls for lead and quote follow up , take incoming calls/e-mails and qualify the customer ; maintain CRM database with customer information, lead and opportunity status ; Ensure performance against given company metrics, related to Inside Sales ; contribute to defining call out programs and Marcom activity ; develop customer relations with a defined group of accounts ; ensure continuous engagement with customers ; ensure efficient and accurate quotations

The ideal candidate should have some inside sales and technical experience in electronic systems and/or software and ideally a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

You must speak fluent English and Dutch.

International company seeks a Technical Service Desk Analyst with fluent German and English.

As a member of the European Technical Support Centre, you will provide excellent levels of support to those customers who contact the European Support Desk by telephone and email. The role is to provide first point of contact support, problem resolution and customer information as defined by Service Level Agreements (SLAs), whilst achieving set performance objectives detailed in individuals Priorities as personal targets.

You will provide Support Desktop services including PC and WinNT platforms as well as network support.

The ideal candidate needs to have previous experience in Customer Service, Computer Operation Analysis, Problem Resolution and/or Computing System Repair as well as customer problem resolution experience and desktop operating system experience.

You need be flexible as company operates on shift-work. 

The perfect candidate must be fluent in  German and English.

This is a 3 months contract work, which could be extended.
